SOTTORIVA ATHENA LARGE PLUS
Automatic Divider Rounder, High Output
The Sottoriva ATHENA LARGE PLUS is a heavy duty, high output divider rounder for the production of round bread, hamburger, arab bread, pitta and pizza.
The machine suitable to work with soft and semitough doughs, is equipped with teflon-coated stainless steel hopper for a capacity of 25 kg. approx. and it could be fed by proper feeding device
The ATHENA automatically divides, scales, rounds, and outputs stress free and consistent dough pieces.
Your dough is handled gently thanks to a star wheel dosing system.
"TOUCH SCREEN" control panel allows for 50 storable programs.

These programs control and store all the ATHENA’s functions, including weight, rounding, and product descriptions.

It is also equipped with a diagnostic feature to help you through any operational problems.
