Sottoriva PRISMA ARCA Self-Tilting Fork Mixer
This machine is composed by ARCA fork mixer and a PRISMA
hydraulic tilting device for the pouring of dough onto table or into
an hopper- of a divider, for example – placed on the left hand side
of the machine. The fork mixer is available in a wide range of
mixing capacities , from 140 to 250 kg.
- Thick steel sheet structure.
Two speeds tool rotation with manual change from 1st to 2nd
speed by mean of a selector.
Both the bowl and the spiral can be rotated through impulse
activation when the bowl is in tilting position, to facilitate the
pouring of the dough . The version required must be specified on
order ( dough unloading onto table or into hopper) as well as
pouring height and side.
