Table-model puff-pastry sheeter suitable to obtain puff-pastry of constant thickness through the adjustment of
the rollers.
Particularly suitable for small bakeries as the machine can be placed on top of a working table. Available in
two version: with belts of 750 mm or 1000 mm.
with belts 500 mm wide and 750 mm long. Rollers
with 84 mm diameter and 500 mm long.
Max. roller opening 30 mm Equipped with
handle for the thickness adjustment and
with lever for the reversal of the belts
motion. Rolling pins included.
