The Picard Stone Conveyor Oven will impress you!
This oven bakes superior quality pizzas because it offers the
advantages of a traditional deck oven or of a brick oven because
it bakes directly on stone and the advantages of a conveyor oven
because of its automation. No matter the quantity of pizzas you
cook per hour, you will always obtain the same baking quality
without having to hire an experienced operator to cook the pizzas.

Features:
  • Production of 100 to 120 14-inch thin pizzas per hour (4-5
    minutes of baking time)
  • Stone conveyor of 20 x 70 or 90 inches
  • Natural or propane gas
  • Aluminized and stainless steel construction
  • Conveyor direction to the right or to the left
  • 1 or 2 adjustable ventilation zones from 0 to 100%
  • Digital controls
  • Adjustable legs or wheels with locking mechanism
  • Stainless steel wire mesh conveyor at conveyor’s exit
  • Side access doors for easy maintenance of burners and all
    mechanic and electrical components
  • Seed drawers at the beginning & end of conveyor
