STRUCTURE AND TECHNICAL FEATURES

graduated scale obtaining a final thickness from 6 up to 40 mm
› Cutting at 1-2-3-4-6 rows (3 OPTIONAL) with interchangeable
“spatula” knives, weight ranges from 25 to 1280 g
› Machine on wheels
› Control panel with touch-screen to electronically monitor all the
production parameters:
1. Selection of programs from 01 to 50 with the possibility to
rename them according to the product
2. Electronic setting of the weight variable from about 20 to 1250 g
3. Electronic setting of the product length
4. Adjustment during the dough processing phase “+Soft /–Soft”
for a correct reference with the specific weight of the cut piece
5. Incremental and decremental pieces counter with divider stop
at the end of the counting
6. Hourly production visualization
7. Setting of rows number, sheeting thickness.
