Automatic Divider Rounder
The Sottoriva ATHENA PLUS is a heavy duty, high output divider rounder, which gives you a large range of options and configurations.
Models are available in 4, 5 and 6 rows.
The ATHENA automatically divides, scales, rounds, and outputs stress free and consistent dough pieces.
Your dough is handled gently thanks to a star wheel dosing system.
The ATHENA is also available with touch-screen control panel.

The touch-screen allows for 50 storable programs.

These programs control and store all the ATHENA’s functions, including weight, rounding, and product descriptions.

It is also equipped with a diagnostic feature to help you through any operational problems.
