The IBT-2 Double Arm Mixer is a perfect fit for bakeries,
bread stick factories, confectionery and pastry shops.

This particular double arm system oxygenates the dough, but it
does not warm the dough, although it does have high working
speed.

This IBT-2 Double Arm Mixer is perfect for gentle mixes.

The bowl is made of high grade stainless steel.

The safety guard is made of a shock-resistant plastic material
mounted on a stainless steel structure.
